We love when restaurants promote a “Kids Eat Free” nights. We’ve been to Denny’s and Auntie Pasto’s several times and ate to our hearts content. 🙂
Unfortunately, we visited Wahoo’s Fish Tacos on a Wednesday afternoon and missed their Kids Eat Free night completely. Still we managed to enjoy a very nice early dinner. Their kids menu was quite limited, and their quesadillas weren’t much to brag about (we only ate the fries), but we did dig into the rice and fish that was supposed to be for Mom.
The have a lot of outdoor seating and the servers were very friendly, especially when Jaf decided to spill both drinks all over us and our table. They moved us and didn’t even complain about the mess we have left behind, we felt bad though. 🙁
We’re usually not big fish eaters, unless its RAW – but the blacken fish here was quite good. Eat it with the “Ahi Rice” and its all so yummy.
The food was fresh and perhaps next time we visit we’ll skip the quesadillas and instead order a fish bowl or another order of fish tacos. The beans were a bit spicy for Jaf, but we ended up ordering another 2 sides of rice and one more fish taco just for him, that’s how hungry he was. For a first time fish taco experience, it gets a thumbs up. 🙂
Hoping to go back there on a Tuesday night to check out their kids eat free promo!
