Kid-Friendly Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups steamed rice
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 can Spam diced
  • 1 cup chopped kimchi
  • ¼ cup kimchi juice
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat up a pan. Add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add diced canned spam and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the kimchi and stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the kimchi juice and water. Stir all the ingredients together for about 7 minutes with a wooden spoon.
  5. Add in the rice and carefully mix everything together.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Top with fried egg (optional)
  8. Serve right away.
